Forming a USRC Club
Interested in forming a USRC club?
The USRC Club Book of Rules and Regulations includes all instructions
to form a USRC Club, and is available via e-mail, regular mail or CD.
To obtain a copy, send a check payable to "USRC" for $50 (this
amount will be deducted from your first annual club dues) and a written
request, including your choice of format signed by two USRC members in
good standing to:

Full member club dues of $100 are due annually on January 1. Each member
club shall submit dues and a complete current membership list to the USRC
Membership Officer no later than February 21 of each year in order to
continue club membership in good standing.
Requirements to become a USRC Provisional Club:
a. Notify the Regional Director in your area of intent to form a club
b. Have five or more people. All club members must be members of USRC.
c. Have Club Officers.
d. Have a contact person designated for the club. This individual will
be listed as the club contact in the USRC magazine and on the website.
e. Have a club name that includes the word ROTTWEILER.
f. The club name should not cover too great a geographical area.
g. Name should not conflict with any existing USRC club names or initials.
h. Have a Constitution and Bylaws. (see Club Book for example)
i. Have club liability insurance
j. Pay $100 for the first year's annual dues. ($50 Club Book fee is deducted
from first years annual dues)
k. Three of the club's officers must sign the statement guaranteeing observance
of USRC Constitution, Bylaws and Rules.
l. At least one club member should be familiar with a German style Conformation
Show, a Breed Suitability Test and a Schutzhund Trial.
