USRC Online Membership Application

Anyone who subscribes to the purposes and objectives of USRC may become a member. Members are encouraged to join clubs in their area and to participate in Local Club and National events.

You may join USRC or renew your membership online by using this online application, (payable online by Visa or MasterCard) or by mailing or faxing your application to the USRC Membership Officer. The membership application is available for download at: USRC Membership Application

Member dues become due annually on January 1 of each year. Dues must be received by the USRC Membership Officer no later than January 1st of each year in order to continue membership in good standing.

Members receive quarterly

I (We) will only breed Rottweilers who comply with the USRC standard for the Rottweiler. I (We) will only breed Rottweilers who are at least 2 years of age. I (We) will only breed Rottweilers who have been certified Free, HD +/-, HD A or HD B for hip dysplasia by OFA, or an FCI member kennel club or Rottweilers who have a valid USRC recognized Ztp. When docking, I (We) will only dock tails on dogs less than 7 days old and will dock the entire litter. I (We) understand that violation of this membership agreement may result in the loss of USRC privileges and could include expulsion from the USRC.

As a USRC member or as a non-member event participant I (We) fully understand that the USRC is a hobby club made up of people interested in the Rottweiler breed. When participating in USRC sanctioned events or utilizing the membership privileges extended to me (us) by USRC, I (We) do not expect to receive any type of financial gain either personal or business related from the outcome of events or from the issuing of titles by judges or from the issuance of USRC related paperwork and materials.

In consideration of and as inducement to the acceptance of my (our) application for membership in USRC or the acceptance of my (our) event entries, I (We) hereby agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless USRC, its officers, members, employees and agents in advance from and against any and all liability , whether foreseeable or unforeseeable, arising out of or in any way connected with activities of USRC, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of USRC or any person or entity acting on or alleged to have been acting on their behalf. I (We) further understand that by their very nature, sporting activities involving dogs have a potentially increased risk of personal injury and property damage. I (We) therefore agree to assume all the risks of injury to my person or property, whether known or unknown, that could arise out of my (our) participation in activities of USRC.

I (We) agree that any cause of action, controversy or claim arising out of or related to the membership, entry, exhibition, judging or attendance at the event, between the USRC and the host club, or as to the construction, interpretation and effect of this agreement shall be settled by arbitration pursuant to the applicable rules of the American Arbitration Association. However, as a precondition to arbitration all applicable USRC bylaws, rules and regulations and procedures must first be followed as set forth in the USRC bylaws, rules, regulations, published policies and guidelines.

I(We)understand that payment of this invoice constitutes agreement to the above USRC Membership
Regulations as a condition of becoming and remaining a member of the United States Rottweiler Club.
