Ordering a USRC Scorebook

Official Scorebooks are required for entry to all USRC Sanctioned Schutzhund Trials. There is a charge of $10.00 for a USRC scorebook. One scorebook is required for each dog, and the scorebook must be transferred with the dog when sold.

To receive a scorebook, application must be made to the USRC Administrator of Records and must include the following:

  1. A USRC Scorebook Order Form
  2. A photocopy of your current USRC membership card.
  3. A photocopy of your dog’s registration certificate.
  4. If available, a photocopy of your dog’s AKC or USRC certified pedigree.
  5. A photo copy of your dog’s hip certification - if applicable.
  6. The dog's tattoo number - if the dog is tattooed.
  7. If the dog has already achieved a Schutzhund title, including FH, AD, etc., under a VDH recognized judge, send proof of attainment of each title with the application.

Upon receipt of the application, fee and complete information you will be sent a numbered scorebook, which is recorded by USRC. If this scorebook is lost or destroyed, it may be replaced by notifying the Administrator of Records, and a replacement fee of $10.00 is paid.

NOTE: Handlers with USRC scorebooks who wish to enter a United SchH Clubs of America trial must have their scorebooks certified by USA and there may be a fee for the certification. Contact USA for details. USA, 3810 Paule Avenue, St Louis, MO 63125
